  Analyze the unique characteristics of each project site and recommend uses that maximize its appeal and function Develop preliminary concepts and estimate costs related to its development

Prepare final revision of design, building materials and mechanical systems which reflect client needs and project budget

Prepare detailed plans and specifications to be used for regulatory approval and construction purposes Solicit contractor and material supplier bids for all phases of work. Award contracts to qualified bidders Monitor construction to insure all aspects comply with approved plans and specifications. Review contractor draw requests after verifying work has been performed
