Christie offers extensive, hands-on experience in sales, management and growth of cemeteries. In her current capacity, Christie is responsible to ensure strategic objectives are achieved, corporate growth initiatives are realized and clients are satisfied with all projects provided by her team.


Timothy Hentges

Chief Operating Officer

B.S. Criminal Justice - Mt. Senario College

Tim is responsible for overseeing all operations of our precast, cemetery and design divisions. He has extensive experience in precast production, product installation and client development.


Kim Krieg

Accounting Manager

B.B.A. Accounting - University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire

Kim manages our corporate accounting function which is responsible for preparation of financial statements, monitoring trust accounts, overseeing cemetery client accounts and coordinating data impact from multiple client and company locations.


Clyde Rupnow

Director of Building and Grounds

Degree in Law Enforcement - Waukesha County Technical College

Clyde's function is to directly oversee cemetery operations, including all facilities, equipment, grounds maintenance and safety across the company. In addition to having owned his own cemetery, he has managed several other locations throughout the Midwest.


Dean Wardlow

Plant Manager -  Tribute Precast

Dean runs operations for Tribute's Precast facilities in Freeport, Illinois.  Meticiulous in nature, Dean runs a tight facility which focuses on continuous process improvement, quality and safety.  


Doug Engel

Plant Manager, Construction - Tribute Precast

Doug oversees operations at Tribute Precast's Ashley, Indiana facility and coordinates and manages construction jobs for all Tribute operations.  With his dog, Nemo, Doug always runs jobs with superb efficiency and quality.  


Zachary Rasmussen

B.S. Architecture / Minor in Construction Management, Architecture - University of Minnesota - Twin Cities 

Project Managing Architect and head of Tribute Design Systems. Zach oversees all aspects of client, consultant and contractor contact as it relates to design and document production within Tribute Design Systems.

Adriane is responsible for month-end account closing activities and reconciliations, maintaining general ledger accounts and preparing journal entries, as well as generating and distributing account management reports on monthly basis.


Ruxy McPherson

A/P Assistant

B.A. in German Marketing/Management University of St. Catherine/St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN

Ruxy is responsible for all aspects of A/P department, process invoices, pay bills, and does the check processing.



Danny Merkt

CAD Designer

B.A.S. - Architectural Studies - University of Milwaukee

Danny is responsible for Tribute Design System's project management in addition to design and technical drafting. He has been an integral part of Tribute Design System's various architectural and master planning projects since August 2016.

Linda is responsible for leading solid sales teams at each of our cemetery locations.

Course work at Loyola Law School & Northwestern Graduate School

Bill's expertise focused on financial planning, sales and marketing. As founder of The Tribute Companies and Third Generation Cemeterian, Bill's desire for growth and success for cemetery clients, large and small was apparent throughout his entire career.  Retiring in January, 2016, Bill left behind a legacy of knowledge, passion and skills to the team he developed throughout the years.
